Grade Ace Terms of Use

Last updated October 3, 2026 · Back to Grade Ace

These are the simple rules for using Grade Ace. Parents, please read them with your child.

What Grade Ace is

Grade Ace is a free study app from Arghan Studios. It helps students in grades 4–12 keep track of grades, set goals and practice. It has no ads and no purchases. It is a study helper, not a school. Grade Ace is not a substitute for your teachers, your class work, or the official grades your school gives you. Always check your real grades with your school.

Who can use it

Grade Ace is for students about 9 and older. Younger children should use it with a parent or guardian. Parents and guardians: by letting your child use the app you agree to these terms for them.

Using the app well

Squad rules

Squad is optional. Only add friends you know in real life, and only share your friend code in person or with people you trust. Be kind. Squad has no chat; you only see a friend's squad name, avatar and practice progress. Do not try to find out who someone really is, and do not share another person's code without asking. We may remove a squad account that is used to harass others or abuse the service. You can leave at any time with Me → Leave squad & delete my squad data.

Your information

How we handle information is explained in our Privacy Policy. Your grades and flashcards stay on your phone.

No warranty

Grade Ace is provided "as is" and "as available," without promises that it will always work, be error-free, or be available. To the fullest extent the law allows, Arghan Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and change the date above. Using Grade Ace after a change means you accept it.
